About the university
The Central Conservatory of Music, located in Beijing, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, a national "double first-class" construction university and a national "211 Project" construction university. The school was established in Tianjin in 1949, and the establishment ceremony was held in the early summer of 1950. In 1952, the music department of Yanjing University was merged into the national college department adjustment. In 1958, he moved from Tianjin to Beijing.
