About
China Agricultural University (CAU) offers three categories of scholarships for outstanding international students applying to its International MBA Program under the 2025 Hainan Special Program. These scholarships are designed to attract high-achieving candidates and reduce financial barrier

Merit Scholarship
- Full tuition fee waiver (100 %) and Dormitory fee waiver
- Full tuition fee waiver (100 %) and Dormitory fee waiver
Scholarship A
- 75 % Tuition fee waiver (pay 16,000 CNY) and Dormitory fee waiver
- 75 % Tuition fee waiver (pay 16,000 CNY) and Dormitory fee waiver
Scholarship B
- 60 % Tuition fee waiver (pay 25,600 CNY) and Dormitory fee waiver
- 60 % Tuition fee waiver (pay 25,600 CNY) and Dormitory fee waiver
Eligibility criteria
Academic Excellence
- Non-Chinese citizens
- Academic excellence and language proficiency (Chinese/English) required, depending on the program
Qualifications

Language proficiency
- Proof of English language proficiency is required, with acceptable scores including:

Application process
Application Deadline
- Applicants shall complete and submit the application form before June 30
Required Documents
- Passport copy (valid until at least December 2025)
- Notarized highest diploma (or proof of upcoming graduation)
- Academic transcripts (undergraduate onward, with English translations if needed)
- Two recommendation letters (from associate professors or higher)
- Personal statement (must specify backup scholarship preference: A or B)
- Study plan (≥2,000 words, double-spaced, 12pt font)
- No-criminal-record certificate
