About this program
This is a postgraduate (master’s) degree, full-time takes 12 months (or part-time in 24 months) depending on your pace. The program blends general international business management with a strong focus on project and program management. You study core business modules (strategy, operations, leadership) along with specialized project-management modules such as project-management practice, strategic program/portfolio/project management, operations & technology management, and business consultancy/project work. The course often includes a business-simulation module where students form groups, simulate running a global business, test strategies, manage risk and competition, giving a “real-world business in classroom” experience. On successful completion, graduates receive the MSc degree and a recognized project-management credential: the course is (or will be) accredited by Association for Project Management (APM), the chartered membership body for project professionals.
