Founded in 1962, the Korea National University of Transportation is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the small city of Chungju (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), North Chungcheong. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Korea National University of Transportation (KNUT) is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution. Korea National University of Transportation (KNUT) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's degrees in several areas of study.
