Pharmacology is a science that studies the interaction between drugs and the body and the mechanism of drug action, mainly including pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. The former clarifies the action and principle of drugs on the body, the latter clarifies the process of drug absorption, distribution, biological transformation and excretion in the body, and the law of drug effect and blood drug concentration changing with time.
